The best way to reach this site is to take the Washington St. exit off of route 295. This is a beautiful site over looking Casco Bay. This site is best flown in North North East Winds 10 to 30 knots. It has a grass landing area about 40' wide and 90' long. When landing you will need to come in fast from the South (right side of slope) losing altitude quickly. If you come in too high you can usually make the slope again. Best lift is usually toword the left side of the slope but watch out near the tree the air gets a little funny.
